Dan hails from Houston, Texas where he spent his early years. He has a twin sister named Sylvia and still speaks with her daily.  After high school he attended Tyler Junior College in Tyler Texas, and then went on to The University Of Texas at Austin, finishing his bachelor's degree in Sociology in 1973.  Dan was a veteran three year Varsity Cheerleader and also spent 20 years in the Aerobic Industry working with Austruialian Body Works and LA Fitness.  He retired from aerobic instruction in 2006 after recieving numerous awards.  In 1983, after several years of selling real estate in Houston with Gemcraft Homes of Texas, Dan was then transferred to Atlanta and has spent the last 25 years in the Mortgage Industry.  He ventured back into real estate sales in 2005.  Dan's love of Real Estate and people are what keep him active today.
